Sotong @ Sea - 13th September 2008 (Part 1 of Makan Marathon) Staying in HK over Mid-Autumn? Hungry for SOTONG?!? The Singapore Association has planned a night of SOTONG FISHING to celebrate this Mid Autumn Festival. Join us on an exciting "sotonging" experience to celebrate the full moon and enjoy the taste of sotong, fresh from the sea. A chef will be on board to cook your fresh sotong once its hauled up. Buffet dinner would be served on board (so dont worry if you dont catch anything). We will also provide moon cakes and pomeloes to round up the night.
